Jeff Ballew, President & Chief Executive Officer
Prior to becoming CEO of Cardinal, Jeff joined MRMC in 2003 as Vice President of Business Development. He was Director of Gas Storage for El Paso Corporation and Executive Vice President for Crystal Gas Storage, Inc., a subsidiary of El Paso Corporation, from 2000-2003. From 1985-2000, Jeff held various positions at Crystal Oil Company - a publicly traded E&P company which later became Crystal Gas Storage, Inc., including Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary. Jeff was the Tax Manager for P&O Falco from 1981-1985, and worked for United Gas Pipeline from 1978-1981. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi State University in 1977, and is a Texas CPA.
